Abstract:
Between 2004 and 2005 the Authors have been engaged in the Valla Project, leaded by Professor Mariangela Regoliosi (University of Florence). The objective of the Project was the evaluation of Vallian imprints from the very beginning (in the 15.th century) until the end (aboutly) of the 16.th century. The authors have researched in more than two hundred European libraries, and they give in this papers the full list of the rough material extracted from electronic and analogic catalogues. At last, an hypothesis is forwarded about the liability and the completeness of the survived tradition, looked at by analytical method.
