dc.description.abstract | This paper concerns the relation between the «relevant market» and the «abuse of a dominant position», when the «relevant market» is so excessively broadened to include several markets which are dependent or connected to each other. In this case the condition required to qualify the position of dominance in a specific market, that is the competition between companies, is no onger met. Then the «abuse of a dominant position» is no more strictly featured as provided by the law and it becomes an atypical antitrust infringement, which may include specific features of the abuse of economic dependency. | it |
