Abstract: The paper analyzes some passages of Isocrates, in particular from the Panathenaicus, who, through the progressive opening of the text to the dialogue, allow the insertion of points of view different from that of the author and therefore can testify a practice of multiple approaches, linked to the debate within the school developed in the writing phase of the elaboration of the discourse.
