Abstract
The actual environmental politics and the new community approach in food safety subject,
finalized to guarantee an elevated level of protection of the human health and guardianship of the consumer, they ask to the operators of the agricultural sector for a business management inspired to the principles of sustainability.
With the purpose to address the agricultural entrepreneurs toward the adoption of functional
agronomic practices to the respect of the community rules in environmental subject and
agroalimentare, in the last years new computer technologies have been developed, you finalize to
support and to assist the sustainable management of the agricultural enterprises. The job intends
to show the potentialities of the models, used with effectiveness in Puglia for the definition of
opportune plans of defense, able to economically realize strategies of defense of the most valid
crops and more respectful than the environment.
