Abstract
The territory of Tuscia includes numerous churches and Christian structures. Many of these have ancient origins and replace pagan places of worship. Often these churches are located along main roads that cross the entire region and in the past have been staging places for travellers and pilgrims. Frequently these structures, now deconsecrated, are in a state of neglect. Here is the case of the church of Saint Potente on the territory of Tuscania, in the province of Viterbo (Italy). This church was never investigated through specialized studies, so it offers the possibility of deepening the history of the cult and the phases of life of the building, also gathering advantages from the use of computer and specific software for 3D reconstruction.
