Abstract
Eupteryx cytinsularis sp. nov., closely related to E. andalusiaca Ferrari and E. rostrata Ribaut, is described from Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica. Its position within the genus Eupteryx is discussed. In Sardinia the new species was collected on Cytisus villosus Pourret (Fabaceae).
