Abstract
The purpose of this text is to present a project of a textbook containing an anthology of extracts from travel books in English written between the eighteenth and the current century by variously famous authors who have visited the Southern regions of Italy, and some didactic material consisting of exercises on grammar, lexis, syntax and of comprehension of the texts.
