Abstract
This paper is a strong criticism of Alfredo Serrai's book review about two recent works: the first one by Edoardo Barbieri (Guida al libro antico, Firenze, Le Monnier Università, 2006), the second one by Marco Santoro-Antonella Orlandi (Avviamento alla bibliografia, Milano, Bibliografica, 2006), published in «Bibliotheca», issue n° 6/1, 2007, p. 221-223. As Innocenti reputes unfair Serrai's behaviour (his assessment has not demonstration or documentation) he declares to quit the Steering Committee of «Bibliotheca».
