Abstract
The present research is concentrated in an argument which approach the evolution and
doctrinal, jurisprudential maturity of equal parity between women and men's in work
ambient. The thema is based in the European Union working law, confrontated between
Italy and France and to the relevant european norms which included the direct and indirect
discrimination policies. The argument includes also, the evolution of the equal parity
between all the tapes of european integration history until the Lisbon Constitution of our
days.
