Abstract
Regulatory measures do not affect party autonomy by typical
modalities, different from the ones produced by other administrative acts.
On the contrary, they operate in the same way. Only from a factual
perspective - which does not correspond to a normative necessity - it is
possible to envisage a difference in the relationship between Independent
Authorities and legislation.
