Principe europèen d'ègalite entre hommes et femmes en matière de travail

Abstract

La presente ricerca si basa su un argomento sempre in evoluzione e maturazione giuridica, ossia la parità fra uomini e donne nel luogo del lavoro. Il thema viene affrontato solo nell'ambito di diritto comunitario del lavoro, in confronto fra Francia e Italia e secondo tutta la relativa normativa comunitaria che si riferisce anche alla discriminazione diretta e indiretta. L'argomento sia incluso anche nell'evoluzione del fenomeno in tutte le tappe comunitarie fino al Trattato di Lisbona.

The present research is concentrated in an argument which approach the evolution and doctrinal, jurisprudential maturity of equal parity between women and men's in work ambient. The thema is based in the European Union working law, confrontated between Italy and France and to the relevant european norms which included the direct and indirect discrimination policies. The argument includes also, the evolution of the equal parity between all the tapes of european integration history until the Lisbon Constitution of our days.
