| Abstract: | The most part of Vico's references to Bodin are in the 1730 'Scienza Nuova', and they seem to be of a polemical kind almost exclusively. As a matter of fact, some elements drawn from the reading of the 'République' acted deeply on Vico's thought, even if they caused aporias on it. |
